1. What happens in a nutrition session?

  • We will take an in-depth look into your health history, current lifestyle habits and relationship to food and exercise to see what your obstacles are and what has worked or not worked for you in the past.

2. Do I receive a nutrition plan or meal plan?

  • Meal plans are not provided as it is not a good way to help someone trying to learn how to eat intuitively. Meal plans are often restrictive and this is not helpful when trying to heal your relationship with food. However, I do have many recipes that I will share with you after we work on healing your relationship with food. I strongly believe we are all different and therefore require nutrition, lifestyle and mindfulness recommendations tailored for us as individuals. 

3. How do you help me reach my goals?

  • On-going support and coaching so we can adjust and change things along the way. You are unique, and therefore will have different stress and lifestyle factors that influence your mindset, health, and overall well-being.

  • You will be held accountable for your goals and will receive all the support and guidance you need to follow through.

4. Do you offer any kind of additional support?

  • Journals, guides/checklists and voice messages

  • Podcasts, articles and book recommendations

5. What is your cancellation policy?

  • Please notify me 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you can not make it. Late cancellations will be charged half the fee of the session.

6. Are the sessions online or in person?

  • Depending on where you live and preference, sessions can be done either by video chat, phone or in person.
