Together through 1-1 Nutrition Coaching, we can come up with a plan to help you live life on your own terms without dieting or restriction.

4 Session Program

This program is for you if you are curious about intuitive eating or have tried it in the past with little success, and need some additional support, guidance and compassion to get started on your intuitive eating journey. Over the course of 6 weeks, we will work closely together to release your food guilt and body image issues to help you lead a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that is best for you! 

3 Month Program

This program is for you if you need support, guidance and compassion to get started on your intuitive eating and food freedom journey. Over the course of three months, we will be taking a more in depth approach to working on releasing your food guilt, restriction and body image/over exercising issues, so you can lead a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that works best for you!
