GROUP PROGRAM

This program is for you if you are interested in learning more about intuitive eating, mindful eating, ditching dieting and body image.
This is a 6 week program to help you on your journey to food freedom and body acceptance. The program takes place via a private Facebook page.

Includes:

  • Access to a private Facebook group where we will share stories, inspiration, struggles, motivation etc. with like minded women. You will be able to share, comment and interact with me and your fellow members

  • Education on Intuitive Eating and Mindful Eating 

  • Tips to deal with body image issues

  • Ditch dieting once and for all!

  • Daily check ins from me on a private FB page 

  • Weekly Zoom call

  • Access to training library with videos and documents on topics we discuss in the program

  • Recipe bundles each week - 5-7 themed recipes like Breakfasts to Kickstart your Day. (This is not a meal plan as I do not believe in diets. The recipes are simply for ideas and motivation)

  • Answers to any of your health and wellness questions

After this program, I hope you will be:

  • Less obsessed with food

  • Able to recognize when you are hungry and when you are full, what you are craving and what makes your body feel best

  • Able to add all foods into your diet and stop labelling foods as “good” or “bad”

  • Able to enjoy all foods (chocolate, wine, chips) without guilt 

  • Able to treat yourself with more self compassion

  • Able to move your body for the joy of it and how it makes you feel, not only for weight loss and punishment

  • Able to engage in healthy habits without obsession and restriction

  • More confident in your body and choose to wear clothes that make you feel your best

  • Able to ditch the scale and recognize you are more than just a number

  • Able to enjoy meals with friends/family again and have a positive relationship with food

My end goal for you is to experience body acceptance, food freedom and movement that feels right for your body and is not used as punishment. It is time for you to start focusing on areas of your life that really light you up!

Is the Group Program right for me?

Tracey is like talking to a good friend who just happens to have a ton of knowledge about food, nutrition and intuitive eating. As a plus sized girl, I never felt uncomfortable, judged or that Tracey's goal was to make me thin above all else. Health, support, peace and joy of nutritious food are always at the forefront. I feel like I have Tracey's voice in my kitchen as I prepare and enjoy food and she's a welcome and friendly helper!
